即是，偽專家很快會被人拆穿。
隨著iPod 越來越流行，名人名DJ 或文化評論員為了突出個人見解，通常會當起批評iPod 這角色，以示自己非隨波逐流之輩。今日剛看了一篇令人啼笑皆非的iPod 評論 專欄，因為不想quote 它任何一隻字在這裡，有興趣的朋友請看我的delicious 書簽，究竟夾在那一個tag，相信大家一看即明。
01 年iPod 處女面世後，曾看過Jonathan Ive / Steve Jobs 的訪問(對不起，我無法找出原稿，好有可能是Times，你都知他們和Times 很friend)，讀到有關iPod 的設計，我忘了是Ive 還是Jobs 說，iPod 之所以打直和用scroll wheel，是因為「方便快捷」，用戶只需一隻手拿好iPod，用拇指撥動scroll wheel，再配上按三下之內就能找出歌曲的軟件介面。打直和scroll wheel 除了外表問題之外，內裡其實還有顧及一層各大廠商都欠缺，但又十分重要的人機介面易用度。
所以，當有人說iPod nano 應該是橫向，純粹是因為莫名其妙的原因，我只好學陳生輕嘆：「可惜，這樣好的設計，沒有有品味的人去欣賞。」
套用批評人的邏輯，別人讚美一句就是iPod mania，他批評iPod 一句，是否可稱之為iPod basher？再者一句美言就要扣上mania 帽子，
這位朋友對mania 亦要求頗低，你問我怎樣才有資格稱為iPod mania？我只想起有70 部iPod 的Karl Lagerfeld。
因為看到陳生(字電鋸) 的留言，所以把原來的「評論」改為「專欄」。

大姊提起名人擔任ipod批評者的角色,小弟憶起ipod第三代問世時,森美在節目曾大讚特讚,豈料後來他老哥買了另一款MP3 Player,即極速轉軚狂踩ipod,又話冇FM收音機,令他錄唔到自己的節目云云.小弟當年曾將此事拿上蘋狂陣討論,引起極大迴響.

This kind of “reviews” or “commentary” is just blurbs from people who won’t to kick the winner to get some publicity for themselves. Being Apple customer and a non geek, I think those people are afraid of breaking out of what they had got used to. And using Apple products requires a bit of adventureousness in a person.
Let them linger in their misery, and let those who dare enjoy a better life.

iPod nano is the most recent indication of the extent of technological advance (4GB flash drives) and engineering ingenuity (that miniature click wheel and the smallness of the electronics), and now since I have one, I love it more and more each day! Not just because of the sound quality, but it seems to get smaller and smaller each day…

無他,報紙有太多天窗要填滿,自然會有很多所謂”作家”。有時想,何必花6大元買份報紙,有時逛逛本地和外國的blog,比所謂作家胡說八道好看得多。
