星期六陳生問我，「一國兩制」是甚麼？我答是大陸走「富中國特色的社會主義道路」，香港則「馬照跑，舞照跳」走資本主義嘛。
他說事源上星期五港台製作的「特區八年」，訪問了馬力等一干左派，他們詮釋「一國兩制」是「香港慢慢學習中國的制度……」(因為是陳生轉述，所以只有馬力說話的大意，還請有人記得原本句子。 妹妹已証實馬力的句子沒有被曲解)
聽後大驚，今早問了某同事，他先以問題難以作答為由，及後又說：「香港與中國的制度慢慢互相磨合並實行之。」
我說不出同事的答案和馬力的有甚麼不同，只是，為甚麼我們對一國兩制的認知可相差那麼遠？？？？
在網上查查資料：
簡單來說，『一個國家，兩種制度』就是指中華人民共和國內，十二億人口的大陸實行社會主義制度，特別行政區則實行資本主義制度。
和這一條：
(c)香港特區沿用原有的資本主義制度和生活方式，有別於內地的社會主義制度和政策（第五條）
想起《動物農莊》有這樣的一節：
本來「All animals are equal.」的第一條文，不知甚麼時候變了「All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.」而動物們卻對於原來的條文也越來越含糊……
補筆：
寫完日記後，問妹妹的看法，原來她有看該集「特區八年」，她對於同事的答案解釋：他是說出現實，實情是我們沒法一人一票選特首，甚至立法會的議員有大部份也不是直選產生，「一國兩制」一開始只是個空話，其實就是要我們慢慢效法中國的制度。
看回「All animals are equal.」，可能一開始也是個假大空，「All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.」反而才是現實，最終動物們也默默地接受？

同一個節目，查大俠作為基本法起草委員，他說「中國沒有普選，香港也不會有普選」。另一個甚麼律師說，我們不可以用香港持之以恆的普通法的想法去差度中國大陸那班人對香港法治的理解。這是他們對一國兩制的看法。
原來，特區政府官方的「十二億人口的大陸實行社會主義制度，特別行政區則實行資本主義制度」，是指我們要慢慢和大陸接軌，奉行大陸的所謂「民主政制」，以及應該去除普通法的想法，而用大陸接近人治的方式去對待基本法。難怪，基本法慢慢變成政治工具。

That’s what “50 years no change” really means, what the tories (Patton et. al. were Tories) told us then doesn’t mean that it still applies now, we are ruled by the grandpas up north now.
However, looking back, I feel it’s inevitable that this will happen, because the foundation had already been laid since the 80’s, it’s just that we were all blinded by the 90s boom created by the British establishment before they left.
One-party rule (pseudo-dictatorship) and democracy are both contradictory philosophies, do you really think both can happen at the same place, at the same time? This doesn’t mean I’m pro-Communist, I still don’t like what they do, and the future looks rather worrying.
I’m even hoping that China can become as capitalistic as they wanted to, I really want to see what this oxymoron (capitalistic communists) will actually become.
Speaking of Animal farm, “All animals are equal” was genuinely true at the start, but then corruption kicked in, until it finally became “4 legs good, 2 legs better”.
