搞了一晚(我是指吃了飯洗完碗餵過任天狗兼擦好指甲油後)還是用Sound Flower 或Audacity 先錄音之後用iTunes encoded 做mp3 最方便，這個podcast 實驗只完成了一半，因為還未「塞入RSS」中。
