有去過家長討論區的人士對於退學信需求之多應該甚為了解，至於原因為何，吾不欲分析，唯獨奇怪的是，有心「捨牙」退學信的人士從來不會在討論區內列出退學信式樣，要人留下電郵地址，其實退學信格式只不過是文字一堆，為甚麼一定要用電郵傳遞？將退學信貼在討論區內更可省下發電郵的功夫，這些post 不免給我有收集電郵作商業用途之嫌，anyway，中文退學信有其固定抬頭和下款，我請教過高人之後，退學信的中文格式如下：
xxx 學校
xx 校長道鑒︰小兒/ 女 (姓名) 就讀於(班別) (學號)，須由(日期/學期) 開始退學，特函謹告。
祝
道安
家長
xxx日期
至於英文格式較簡單，可以這樣寫：
Dear Principal’s Name:
This is to inform you that as of date, I am withdrawing my child, child’s full name, from the school’s name.
Sincerely,
Signatures
本文title 和內文有「退學信」三字，相信會成為拙博高點擊率的文也，完全是為google ranking 而寫~

可能寫【謹以函告】或【特函謹告】會比較沒有那麼低了一截似的。

in so far as school matters r concerned, my rough impression is that bk users r very selfish. they only love to show off (or share their joy(!), such as the successful admission of their children to particular “great” schools). they hardly share any useful info, such as interview tips.
maybe they think there’s conflict of interests. that is, for example, if a parent lets ppl know something abt a particular school, his/her child will then lose a comparative advantage. similarly, if a parent discloses his/her template of a kind of letter, it could be widely copied, and his/her letter will not be original anymore.
so, better count on oneself, as ever!

@maki: 唔知呀，不過退學理由最行貨的係搬屋啦，唔通話人聽有第二間學校收左咩。
