Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage

回首08 年,最值得自豪的一件事就是建立了每星期到附近的studio 跳funky dance 的習慣,去年年尾,越活越不起勁,內外不是人,唯獨每次運動完後總有股五官四肢歸位的感覺,為了想繼續有意義地活下去,不得不想個辦法,畢竟,我有很多想做的事情,除了想看著朗朗仔長大之外,還包括退休後想做自己喜歡的事情。

我在村上春樹的《關於跑步,我說的其實是…》得到啟發,想試試緩步跑,屋企附近的公園有緩步跑徑,要跑的話很方便,另外也買了一點跑步用的「工具」,例如記錄里數和時間,配合iPod nano 用的紀錄器,一件風衣,一雙新的跑鞋,終於,新年假期有個空閒時間到附近公園跑步。

做完熱身後便試著跑,一邊專注呼吸,一邊調節節奏,心裡一面想跑快一點,但又想留力跑耐一點,腦裡想著《反斗車王》的一幕,博士去到加州的賽車場做麥昆的領隊,當時麥昆落後對手十個圈左右,博士跟麥昆說「後生仔,你搵個啱自己的節奏,然後一直行就得㗎喇!」我忙著找適合自己的節奏,只間中留意到iPod nano 傳來The Crystal Method。

不知不覺,似乎找個「搵個啱自己的節奏」,按著節奏,不經不覺跑了十幾分鐘便決定停下腳步,留點力步行緩和一下,拉過筋才離開公園。

跑完步後感覺良好,翌日起床沒有渾身酸痛,大概是昨日的運動量跟平日差不多,希望打後能保持每星期跑一次的習慣。

    記得跑完若干round後行幾圈鬆鬆,即刻停住攤斗好傷身的

    我也是在今年開始做Gym,教練話我肌肉無力,我只係感到肌肉好痛。 :-p

    Life is too short to play safe.

    “Asian Mentality”, you worry this and worry that. you be careful this and be careful that. Soon life passed by and you are too old to walk.

    To Naitk, I run five times a week for 30 minutes. I keep it short and keep it real.

  6. 我也很喜歡做完運動的感覺, 特別是在街上跑, 真的很舒服。

    生靖愷前參加了兩次渣打10km, 很好玩!其實有點想今年帶他去, 但又不想迫他早起, 或許下年再考慮。不如一起去? :)

    10KM真係唔難。我相信你keep住一星期跑一次同跳funky dance,四個月左右可以練到。

    你睇番我係jaiku post過o既訓練表,我由幾年冇做運動 (呢個係重點) 到跑到10公里,都不過係練左24次。一開始我雙腳仲要有d傷,影響埋訓練時間。

  11. 我都試過跑單車徑,發現如你所說,找適合自己的節奏最重要… 看著身邊的單車飛過人就心急起來,幸好後來遇到個阿伯用龜速踩單車(平衡力都好勁….),於是就跟在他後面慢跑… 到最後還是跟不上 =))

  14. I jog at park for about 1 hr once every week for many years (armed with a discman in the beginning, then mp3 player, subsequently ipod and now iphone). Jogging on a sunny day at Quarry Bay Park along the harbour listening to music, life is great.

    I ran 10 km race once 2 years ago and was able to finished it easily in just over 1 hr (at a pace a bit faster than my jogging). However, my foot hurt occasionally for 2 months after that race. Never found out how it got hurt. But now there’s no problem.

    So I think you can try 10 km soon if you keep running once per week.

    @Guy: Thanks for sharing your experience. I think I will jog along the harbor next time, jogging on the track seems a bit boring.

  16. 我也是從不跑步, 至跑1千米, 慢慢跑到10k的! 加油啊! 有志者事竟成! 其實10k好快就到, 我有同事半跑半行, 都係用左個半鐘, 所以我至想同rafael一齊去玩!
