So my friend Cary came to fix my dvd drive this evening, and watching him open my iMac with his skillful hands is a lot of fun. I’ve never seen someone open it before. Anyway, he took the drive out and there is some parts inside falling out and stuck in the middle, that’s why the drive isn’t taking the disc as usual. He brough it to his home cuz I don’t have enuff tools for further investigation . It’s a bit strange that Sheeta is running without a dvd drive. Cary also told me that my iMac DVse had been put away and no longer made, it’s hard to order the same drive to replace it. Or I can buy CD-RW but I can’t watch dvd on it anymore. AW! I want my dvd drive back so bad!
Cary will call me tomo and let me know the result. Cross finger.
