Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage

某中小企公司的Art director,某日收到廠的十萬火急求救電話,著他速速落廠救亡,Art director 火速到步將事情解決,回公司要求claim 的士費,可惜有關單據被退回,原因係「日光日白唔應該坐的士」,最後人事部姑念Art director 為公司仆心仆命,於是格外開恩給予車費,金額計算經網上查詢,以由公司往廠的巴士車費,仲要係搭無空調果隻。(不知道有否補足來回車程還是只補單程?)

唉!話晒都係一個部門主管(重要係老闆重金禮聘老臣子回朝),claim 些少車馬費都獲得如此待遇,我真想問句,下次有日光日白有十萬火急時係咪要人坐無空調巴士去解決先?遲到步出唔切貨比客,個客唔老黎嘈生晒隻鑊邊個揹先?

    呢d野以前見唔少,呢個世界永遠係人事部、會計部、庶務之類最惡,直接搵錢既就受佢地既氣。

    以前係工業村返工,OT 到一點幾,我好心幫公司慳錢,叫同事架的士載埋,第日會計部打黎話點解多左錢,小喇吧!

    呢d就係小弟喜歡講既廢管理, 好既management應該從個案實質情況為員工係不違反公司政策而酌情權能夠行使既大前題下, 爭取應得既補嘗同權益, 而唔係唔用腦又唔用個心去做機器, 盲目閱讀公司政策! 人既服務由人來做而唔係機器, 因為當中要用腦用心用判斷.  現代HRM又好, personnel management 又好, 應該做staff champion! 為些少野對個staff唔好, 令佢有怨氣, 傷害歸屬感, 省多少實報實銷開支, 都補唔返人才管理上既損失.

    我舊公司就好d, 我地日日出街, 一個月 3 次的士, 另外一般可以cliam 地鐵, 不過要claim 八達通價呢
