太耐無update 過softwares，一check 原來好多software 已出更新版，結果一搞搞左成晚。蘋果對用戶都算照顧得唔錯啦，免費upgrade。
過磅發覺重左兩磅，都怪出差時吃得太多，要節制下了。今日幾開心因為聰哥哥去左庸記買粽比我，不過要等到星期日先有得食。哈！bright up 很悶的一天。蘋果茶飲得太多，削胃，有些不適。
